in good health.

That word, healthy, is the word I would use to describe you. It’s what you are, it’s who you are.
You’re young, smart, beautiful, and healthy.

Know that, when you doubt it’s truth, pray it, believe it. I do, we do.
Every morning before we start our day, Arlo and I sit together on the couch and we pray. We pray for good days, for patience, for wisdom, and we pray for health. For you, for him, for myself, for our family.

I understand it can be scary, and I know that a little information can run wild in our minds to give us fears of the unknown, but what we do know is that we have an all powerful God looking over us and keeping us strong. He hasn’t done us wrong so far in life and we have no reason to begin doubting him now.
Keep your head up high, continue praying, and be. Be with us, be with yourself, be in the moment. That’s where life is lived to the fullest.
You are healthy, and you will remain healthy, I promise.
With love,
Dan
