Thanksgiving
I am thankful, this year, for family. For the family we are growing together, for the family that we have now, and for the families that we can remember from our youth. They are all a critical aspects of who we are and for that I am so very thankful.
Thank you for doing life with me. It means the world to me.

We may have
found ourselves in bed at 7:30 tonight, but that in no way whatsoever changes how in love with you and this life I am.
I am so happy you and baby got to rest nice and early on this Thursday night.
You guys weren’t feeling so great and that makes me even happier we were able to spend more time in bed resting.
I love you guys. Thanks for working so hard to create a human being. rest up! I’m here for you.

As I walked inside from the cold outdoors this morning carrying coffee mugs and owl earrings with our puppy in-tow as happy as she could be I paused to survey our wonderful front lawn with pumpkins and hay setting the tone and beautiful leaves strewn about, thinking of the lovely neighbors we have in the houses so near ours.
As I crossed the threshold into the calming warm arms of our living room I saw our Jac laying calmly on our comfy couch and witnessed his sister come up and gently sniff his face to say “Hello” I gently set down my heavy load and let myself fall onto the couch letting the pillows catch my head and leaving plenty of room for Lia to cuddle up behind me. I then began to pen this message to you simply to let you know that I am very happy this morning and I am so excited for our life, we have so many wonderful blessings and I am happy to be appreciating them this morning.
The one thing I miss above all else, but will be here this evening, is my beautiful bride who is making her way through this stage of life with such grace and poise.
I could not be more proud of you my dear. You mean the world to me and nothing would mean nearly what it does to me without you in my life. Thank you love.
