I am 23

Every day that passes is a day lost on a journey. I don’t want days to be wasted, lost, or spent in the wrong direction. There is not one thing I can say is the right direction, but there are several I know are not the wrong direction.

I want to grow closer to God and my journey with Him. I want to grow closer to you, my wife. I want to become a man of pure integrity. I want my Yes to be Yes and my No to be No, true honesty. I don’t know exactly where God’s path is taking us, but I want to focus on that. I don’t want to waste a single minute doing nothing, or heading in the wrong direction. I want your help. I want to be there for you through everything.

I’m sorry for yesterday. My pride and selfishness got all up in the way of our day and I truly apologize for that.

Please help me stay on track and we will work towards and develop great goals and plans with the help of each other and the guidance of God.

A new chapter is upon us

I am so excited for it. I think about it a lot. But… I don’t want to lose sight of where we are now. We have to live in the moment so that our life doesn’t simply pass us by.

As excited as I am for where we’ll be a month from now, I am more excited for where we’ll be tonight! I love you and can hardly wait for tonight with you.

I’m going to go enjoy work, hope you did as well, and I will see you soon!

How’s this sound?

Drew or Kelsey come pick up the cats tomorrow after your finished with work. I get off work at 7, come home and pick you up and we go home-home tomorrow night (or early Friday morning) and don’t come back until you work on Saturday. Huh? Huh??

Walking. I just walked over to the bank to cash my check and realized how much I enjoy walking outside.

I had a blast camping!

We have the opportunity to watch two cats for Drew and Kelsey during their wedding/honeymoon. They are two fun, friendly felines, and I think it would be fun for us and helpful for them… We’ll talk about it.

I love you forever much. I am so sorry life has felt funny of late. I’ve got a couple of ideas as to how to wrangle it back a little, but at the same time this could be God taking us a little out of our comfort zone because we weren’t doing what He wanted us to do. Gods got our back, he always has, the only problem is as soon as we move away from one place He’s helped us we forget what He has done. And we lose sight of what it felt like before we saw his hand in control. He’s always in control, an His plan is far better than ours ever could be.
